The question and the starting point

Approved coffee preparation footage, one audience question and two required formats. The research or production owner begins with one question: Can a familiar process introduce the product clearly? Define what belongs in the set before collecting more material. This scenario uses stock photography and fictional records to explain the intended workflow. It represents neither a customer engagement nor an achieved commercial result.

What the example suggests

A process-led opening, a detail-led opening and a caption-led question give the reviewer distinct directions without changing the message. Keep the underlying record available for review. A teammate should be able to identify which part is observed or supplied, which part is interpretation and which question still needs an answer. That distinction is especially important when the work moves from a detailed workspace into a shorter client or team brief.

The review decision

Select the clearest direction, resolve caption notes and confirm the two destination frames before handoff. Name the person who owns that decision and record the reason. If the available evidence is insufficient, the next step can be to investigate rather than to proceed. A useful workflow makes it possible to reject a weak direction without losing the record of what was considered.

What would need to be agreed in a pilot

A real production pilot needs explicit source permissions, supported input types, output formats, candidate limits and review rounds. Confirm the handling of confidential footage before any asset is shared. The sample site does not upload, edit or render video; its controls show how the creative decisions could be organized.

Use the structure. Verify the substance.

This guidance helps organize a production brief and review. It does not establish rights to source material, approve factual claims or replace the final creative owner. ViralCLI is in development; this site does not process or render uploaded footage.
